The Maverick Award gives special recognition to leaders who have set the standard in promoting, connecting and strengthening female leaders in energy operations and engineering.
The Maverick Award was presented this year, to Mary O’Toole of Primera, a full-service engineering design and consulting firm, who is a “maverick” in the advancement of women in leadership and believes in the empowerment of women. For this video, we shot and interviewed the CEOs of ComEd, Primera and other key executives in the energy field to produce this video about Mary O’Toole.
