In the Fall of 2012, long-time client Gonesh Incense invited Sparkfactor to redesign their consumer and distributor e-mails. Sparkfactor’s designs tested consistently at more than double the click-through and sales, leading our client to ask us what more we could do to increase the ROI of their marketing efforts. We offered deeper creative insights and a more strategic approach to communications as well as the user experience behind them.
