Carroll’s Animal House is a local pet boarding service just outside the Chicago city limit near O’Hare airport. Carroll’s asked us to help increase their bookings with a thirty-second TV spot to air locally during Cubs games. We needed to overcome two challenges to make the most of the media buy. First, we needed to keep our audience from tuning out. Second, we wanted to recapture the attention of sports fans in loud bars or at home with their TV’s already muted. We responded with a pack of ideas, but this one stood out, getting laughs and smiles all around. Take a look and have a smile on us.
