webster house is a historic landmark in the heart of chicago’s lincoln park neighborhood. webster house is a 14-story high-rise rental community with picturesque views of the adjacent lincoln park zoo, conservatory and lake michigan. constructed in 1919, webster house was converted sixty years later into a rental apartment community.

project description:
the property manager wanted to develop an
informational website that not only gives
prospective renters the look and feel of the apartment
building but sells that feeling to them. the site provides renters with information about amenities, floor plans and rates for the building.
